I understand the commitment to call of you last 200, but I would do one of two things:

1) push PF
.
.
.
well, maybe just one.

another option. bet 1/2 pot on missed flop, fold to the raise.

An excellent case can be made for pushing preflop.

Without a read, I'm pushing this flop with AT in this position in the tourney.

Just push preflop. Vast majority of the time, you'll take it right there. Also, say later in the game, SB and you are more even in chips. Just like I like to hammer the player to my left with SB open pushes (when the blinds are higher) I also like to send the message to the guy on my right that he will not be allowed to limp in on my blind. You'd be amazed how if you can pop him once or twice, he will fold his small blind to you later on.

Just be advised that by the third time SB limps, you better have a real hand to push. By the third time, they're likely to be trapping.
