The answer is clearly urine -- it's sterile (no risk of bacteria or disease) and thinner. As already said, probably easier to "chase" the taste out of your mouth. Probably tastes worse, but other aspects make it the clear play.

Because it is a whole cup, it has to be urine. I don't think I could stomach it all down because of the consistency.

It would be pretty badass to drink a cup of blood though.
