Hand History Hang Ups

Last month or so I had stopped receiving my usual hand histories from Party, I emailed them and got no response which was partly expected. However I am baffled that good ol' reliable Pokerstars is failing me. A few days ago I tried the "all hand in the past week option".... got nothing. I figured that might have been a little overzealous. So I manually started entering the tournament numbers so I could plug in my SNG data to pokertracker. Still NOTHING! What gives? The only tournament summaries I get from them is if I place ITM.... any help / past experience appreciated.
