Default Vegas 4-8 Betting Structure with $1/2 Blinds?

Since I have never played this structure, could it please be explained? I know the Bellagio 4-8 with standard $2/4 blinds($4 bet on 1st 2 rounds & $8 bet on last 2), also the 2-6 spread-limit Excaliber with a single $2 blind($2-6 on any round).

$1 small blind
$2 big blind
$2 to limp pre-flop

If you raise pre-flop, you raise to $6

$4 bet on the flop
$8 bets on the turn and river

Basic strategy adjustment: play more hands against weak opponents

hi kens,
dynasty is right. in these type games, you must watch your odds on the flop. there are some problems there. there are also some problems with calling pre-flop a lot. i can't tell you much more because this is where we go when we bust out in the twenty game. all i can tell you play well.
