On October 7th, CCJ was around 28.50 and is now (1/9/2005) trading in the 32 area.

I do not see anything I like in the uranium space except CCJ itself. It's the equity-proxy for the entire uranium market. I'm sure money can be made on speculative junior mines, but that is not a play for my style. For the record, here are smoe juniors, FYI...paste the list into Yahoo Finance quotes to investigate....DEN.TO is maybe a good jr. play... BTT.V SXR.TO DEN.TO UEX.TO GRS.TO IUC.TO JNN.V NCR.V STM.TO HBE.V MMGG.OB URIX.PK USU Y.PK FRG Uranium was $20 a pound in 1979. In today's dollars that price would be WAY over the current uranium spot price. Uranium is severely undervalued at this time relative to oil. Uranium Equities (DEN.TO worth a look...) Cheers, Dan++ |
