I thought Schilling got to frist base okay on that play. His pseudo-limping seemed to be when he was slowing down.

Lieber's pitch count is very high. Schilling's is no big deal, especially for him.

gamers can hobble through games at posistions that don't require them do something on essentially every play

It's a gutsy performance tonight, no doubt about it. It sucks but he's a gamer.

Velocity seems down - only touched 91 once last inning. Otherwise 87-89. Sure would like some more runs for the Sox to feel better.

Huh? He's the pitcher who is 1 of only 2 players who does something on everyplay.
