Putting them in your eyes after soaking in distilled water is going to pull the water out of the contacts into your eyes and dry them out (osmosis). Just put them in tap water. Tap water will do the same thing, but to a much lesser extent. It will take your eyes a little while to moisten them, but it won't hurt your eyes. [/ QUOTE ] Putting contacts in tap water isnt so bad, but they wont feel too great when you put them in your eyes in the morning. Probably should yawn a couple of times before putting those contacts in so your eyes are at least more moistened. |
