Default Dropping 30 buy-ins at the Party 5+1?

I've recently been running not so optimal, losing about 30 buy-ins at the 5+1 level. I know down swings of 30 buy-ins are nothing too exceptoinal, at higher levels atleast, but I never hear of downswings like this at such a low level. Maybe it's because people just don't like to talk about them, or because no one is stupid enogh to play the 5s when the 10s have the same rake.

But can a winning player really lose 30 buy-ins at the 5s, against such horrendous competiton? I think I'm playing alright, but obviosly my perspective is skewed. I have an ITM% of 42, but my ROI has dropped to 4% after this run.

This isn't ment to be post where I bitch about my run, although it may have turned out that way. But I'm honestly starting to doubt if I can be a winning player if I can't even beat the 5+1.

thanks
