"Cleaning" my computer

Can someone direct me on how to go about "cleaning" my computer to allow me to download and play at Party skins? I tried the search function but came up empty. I'm gonna do some slumming today and finally get around to doing the deposit bonuses on intertops and multi but the trouble is I don't have access to a "clean" computer. This wasn't a problem when I did euro and empire b/c I was on campus and could just go in any lab and use a computer. I don't have that luxury anymore. Thanks for the help.
