Default Firewall/Networking help

Alright, here's my problem. I am behind a firewall that does not allow me to connect to party poker (port 2047). It is getting stopped by the access control list on the router. My question is there anyway to get around this without taking that port out of the ACL? Thanks.

I'm no network wizard, but from what I know there is no other way than opening the port

One way would be if you could do a PPTP connection to another network. Those tunnel all ports through that connection, so as long the firewall on the other end has that port open, you are OK.

Other options are opening up VNC on your home computer, just playing on the remote computer. =)
