How to battle tilt?

I don't know if this is the right forum for this but... How do you battle tilt???

I'm playing a 1TT on FullTilt right now, got almost all my stack taken when I flopped top set on a Q57 rainbow flop and got called by 68 which rivered a straight... Then I get AKs in the BB and it folds around to me... The hand after that, I have 74os in the SB and fold to the BB, the flop is 777...

How do you guys battle tilt and forget about these things?? I have a problem with it...

remind yourself that people calling with crap are the reason you make money.. without them SNg's would be a sad place.

Well, an update... I've battled back into the money...

I was down to 180 at the 20/40 level... Back up to over 3500 and in second at the break...
