Torrent Ban still in effect?

I remember a littlew while back Mat asked all torrent questions and posts involving torrents to be removed as he found out some 2+2 works were availbe via torrents.

In the Vonnegut thread in OOT is a torrent request and I believ a link to one.

So Mat/Dynasty/Commodus, you may want to remove this, but I think the OOT community would demand to know why, and if no mention of it was made they would re-post, and eventually want to know why torrents were verboden.
