Default quads vs quads vs 5 of a kind?

Barely poker related, but wanted one of you math whizzes to estimate the probability of this happening:

In a golf scramble, they had a poker game going where for each par 3 you played, you got 1 card. There were 5 par 3s. If you hit your shot on the green, you got an additional card for each time this happened. In addition, you got a card for signing up to play. So in essence this is a game of 11 card stud for expert golfers. Assuming there are 40 players playing who on average get 8 cards, what are the chances that the following 3 hands should win. BTW, there were 5 decks to draw the cards from, you took one of the 52 from each deck at each par 3. Also, the goal was to make the best 5 card hand.

Anyway, here are the hands that won:
3rd - quad fives
2nd - quad Aces
1st - five Kings

...and I thought my straight would hold up...this game is more rigged than Party. Any ideas what the probablity is of this happening. Feel free to request clarification.
Thanks in advace,

pokerrookie
