As much as gnome accounts are breaking TOS of all sites I find more scary the possibility of losing a roll on any site for any reason. Poker sites need to realize that $$ in any account belongs to that specific person and not block access to withdrawing funds for any reason. Freeze/ban accounts etc is np for me but confiscating assets is always inexcusable, and I would withdraw from any site that stole a players $$ for reasons such as money laundering etc.

I'm glad Empire did the right thing giving access to your money, but if it's true that you have all these gnome accounts I certainly would support Empire banning your accounts.

Well I dont approve of illegal activies, but poker rooms confiscating $$ is worse unless they donated the proceeds to charity etc. It makes me uneasy to condone poker rooms stealing from us other than the rake is all.

I don't approve of cardrooms freezing funds, but scamming sites (leading to higher playthrough requirements and generally making my rule-abiding life harder) is worse.

I have done nothing illegal, I know a majority of have accounts on all the skins, so quit acting like I AM A DAMN CRIMNAL!!!

I have a couple accounts for a couple family memebers that played and they had their own money so that is not illegal either.

I talked with EMPIRE and they un-froze my money, which i believe for foul langauge was a little absurd.
