swim laps every day. tones your entire body. also do bicycle crunches every morning and every night. throw in some pushups until you are exhausted.
this simple routine combined with eating less junk should be enough to improve your shape to a moderate degree. just think of all the trim on holiday every day and it will be motivation enough. also even if you don't pop into perfect shape, you will feel better about yourself for simply looking better, which will result in more confidence. which in turn will result to being up to your neck in the minge. |
