Re: razor phones
People are pretty decent at taking money. That's easy. Solving problems, that's tricky.

Re: razor phones
OK I see your point, but my point is because Verizon is so good, I almost never have a problem (and I have had problems solved with Verizon.)
I also appreciate with Verizon that when you call customer service, and hit 0-0 you are immediately placed on the line with a rep, no need to wade through useless menus. |

[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] Customer service for all the cell companies suck. I speak as a former Sprint -> Verizon -> Cingular customer. [/ QUOTE ] No way Verizon has bad cust. service. [/ QUOTE ] Yes, they do. My favorite call to Verizon technical support was for my girlfriend's crappy LG phone - incoming calls went directly to voicemail on her brand new phone but she could place calls okay. Tech support tried to tell me that the tower was somehow screwed up but had to change their story when I told them I was talking to them from my verizon phone in the same room. I must admit they were very friendly as they delivered faulty information. I've had billing problems with Verizon as well. I assert Verizon sucks as much as any other company. YMMV. There's nothing magic about Verizon - It's mostly good marketing. |
