On top of that, Empire probably doesn't have to pay a cent. If the withdrawals are made within a small time frame, sites usually just reverse the deposit. For example Pokerstars does this: Deposit $100, the next day cash out $125. On your Neteller it will show two withdrawals: $100, then $25. The reason for this is that by reversing the $100 they don't have to pay a fee on that, and only have to pay a much smaller fee on the $25.

Finally, to underline your stupidity, I'd like to point out that your little "project" at most would've cost Empire a few bucks (if that). On the other hand it could've cost you any future bonuses, or you might even get your account barred while you have funds in it.
