[/ QUOTE ] Lesson #1: There is life outside of the US (actual people and all) Lesson #2: There are governments, agencies, companies and commissions outside of the US that are legitimate, well run, trusted, regulated and active. Lesson #3: The Atlantic City Borgata is not regulated (and has no oversight) by the Gibraltar Gaming Commission.
