the only one i use is "i call your bluff"
my roommate and i have actually turned this into a continuous bet as well. here's how it works. say i'm sitting on the couch watching tv and he's like "let's get shitfaced and go to the bar" i can say "i call your bluff" and if he in fact was just bluffing and doesn't want to go then he owes me $5. but if he wasn't bluffing, or even if he was, but decides to go i owe him $5. people make ridiculous claims all the time. here's a classic. he's studying for a test and he says "i'm screwed, i'm going to fail this test" so i call his bluff and either he fails it or he owes me $5. you gotta watch what you say because you don't want to be caught bluffing.

I use wrestling terminology more. "No sell" is a great line.
