I believe you are substituting the term "solid player" for "weak tight player." I also recomend reading any of the available literature on loose games. HPFAP has a few chapters, and Lee Jones "Winning Low Limit Hold'em" should help you deal with idiots that you just can't get a read on.

My girlfriend goes to Brown too (class of 05). I live on the left coast, but visit her frequently. I've been thinking of going to Foxwoods one of these visits. Always some kind of slowdown on I-95 through connecticut though.
