Yes.

Also I love how the roo things that linking to image shack or another site is the same as uploading directly to yahoo. The pictures in this case are never hosted on 2+2 and are simply linked to a site on the internet that is hosting them. Remove the pictures from that site and the links that are posted on 2+2 are busted.

If Mat still doesn't think that is enough then a rule should me made to not [Im-ag-e] tag any photos containing people and simply link them instead.
