I basically have a glass of milk with everything. Lunch, dinner, anytime I'm sitting around (either that or Gatorade). Like someone else said, I go through a couple gallons a week.
Milk has become such a large part of my diet that I'll get heartburn if I don't drink enough of it. [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

I cycle back and forth. I'll go through periods where I drink ti daily, then won't have a glass for months. It's probably been 6 months now since I've had a glass. Maybe I'll have one today.
