the 11.5g would then be the regular V6 base model and the 13G casino chips with the metal insert would be more like the GT?

This whole stupid arguement can really be solved with one analogy

[/ QUOTE ]

I didn't realize it needed to be solved.
My post, which you were responding to, said all that neeed to be said.

It's a difference in opinion. The only reason I made that post was because the guy felt the need to pull one of these:

Him - I think they are worth it
Me (first post on this thread) - I don't think they are worth it
Him- Well you are wrong and I am right (silliness)
Me- Okay

Honestly, I'm looking down on all of you losers.

My chips have spinners. And spoilers. And light kits, so they make the felt glow blue. Suckers.

Not to jump in the middle and choose one side or the other, but you did come off as very condesending in your initial post. You indicated your opinion was the fact of the matter on more than one occasion. Furthermore, who the hell cares if you have 18 posts like me or other posters or 487,000.

FWIW, I have a set of 13.5 g suited (ie, they are plastic piles of crap). I'm happy with these because I don't want to have to drop $700-$1000 on a set of clay chips and the jackass friends that I play with will only destroy them and are drunk and/or high most of the time and wouldn't notice a quality chip anyway.

It is entertaining at how defensive some people get over the subject of chips for home use.

I agree.

Oh well. That wasn't it's intention. I'm sure you guys will get over it.

Sometimes it doesn't matter, but more often than not it does.

I'll tell you why the run-of-the-mill 11.5g chips are good:

The average home game guy thinks they are good chips. I want to be playing in home games with these people. The last thing I want to be doing is going up against a table of players who even know the difference. So, they are a very good value. People think they are nice chips. And as far as I'm concerned they are 75% of the way to being real casino chips in terms of quality.
