I like the small continuation bet because you give yourself the chance to win a bigger pot than you do by checking. People will recognize the slow play on the turn and shut down. The best part about the continuation bet is that when (edit: if) you are called you can check the turn saying "take the pot from me, I have nothing". Now you get not 1 but 2 bets out of this monster flop. I think the continuation bet gets the most chips out of you opponent here.

How about a minbet? It's better than a check IMO because people almost everyone is likely to call for only 15 chips.

Personally I'd make about the same bet you did, but I think minbetting is better than checking.
