I think you will find the bank will be happy to assist in in your transactions with the gambling site as long as you are not trying to use your CC...

1) I have never once paid a fee to transfer money to or from an online casino.

2) Neteller actually only gives the US government information when that information is requested. US banks automatically report various transactions (amounts over 10k, usually behavior, etc).

Use EFT. If you're not retarded, there are 0 fees associated with using Neteller.
