I've had good experiences with Comcast. My idiot sister knocked our plug out of the wall in my mom's room and totally put our Internet and TV out of service. They came out and he realized in 10-15 minutes that it was a bad connection from within the house.

no, they wouldnt give me a direct number, but he put me on hold so he could "contact them" apparently he didnt or else they would have actually had when he said they had [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]. the funny thing was that the guy at the store told me they would have them in again on monday and the manager i talked to at comcast told me that he "called in a favor" to get me a box by tuesday...uhhhhhhh, so i assume i was gonna go to the store on monday and find them boxless again? rad, thanks guys.
