Yes that is why he has long been on my ignore list. Using the search function only found his aunt jemima comment, and i'm too lazy to hit archiveserver. Otherwise i was going to link a few of them in this thread when i commented.

I use to feel this way, then I got to know him and realize that he just does it for shock value. No group is immune from his brilliant sense of humour. CallMeIshmael and I have both spoken to him about toning it down some and he has.

To be fair, he's really toned that stuff down and his posts are usually pretty entertaining.
