Yes.

Doing any sharing of copyrighted files on a school network is very risky.

Limewire has never given me any problems.

If you own a mac Acquisition is excellent.

I started using shareaza I believe (im at work right now) last week and it has been good so far

Soulseek.

It's great for finding harder to get stuff that you probably won't find on progams like Limewire.

I personally know someone who was caught on campus and had to pay 10k

Soulseek for electronica and if you like live bootlegs of just about anything (from early Miles Davis to Janes Addiction) - absolutely nothing beats www.dimeadozen.org
