You are allowed to raise preflop with AK and not win the hand. I would just check here. Any continuation bet would have to be a sizeable portion of your stack and there are probably too many callers to continuation bet here anyway. Another factor is that this is an $11 where people are allergic to folding when they hit the flop.

Just see what develops on the turn.

There are only 3 opponents who all checked an inconspicuous flop, does that change anything?

Well, there is that. Sometimes I'll bet out here but it really depends. I definitely wouldn't shove though.
