After reading the article, I did a search for "Abu Gharib" images. I came up with these results.
Hardly what I expected, and certainly not complete. Thoughts?

If you don't like what Google does use another website to do your searches. They are a public company and can do what they want. They are not a Goverment agency.

dont you guys see??? a picture of a butterfly came up , a not so subtle allusion to the butterfly ballots. Below the butterfly it mentions islam. Which means that Joe Macarthy will be uncryogenically frozen to espouse theories against terrorism!!!! I understand that they're a private company and they can do what they want. I find it interesting that they, Google, as the largest search engine worldwide censor their searches and nobody knows about it. The possible reasons for doing so make me wonder as well.

You are googling for Abu Gharib while the correct/adopted spelling is Abu Ghraib.

Try the latter and see.
