Good God, if its a good steak, he doesn't want to put any kind of sauce on it. I would have put a bit of chili powder/red pepper on it, but that's just a personal preference.

Ribeye's have more marbling which does great on the grill. Porterhouses are much leaner and get a ton of flavor from that nice bone. They both come out perfect if I make them. |
