Posting Pictures

Can somebody give me a quick tutorial on how I can put pictures on my post. Not pictures from the internet but pics from my computer. Is it possible?

The pictures have to be on a webserver somewhere. You can use your own if you have one, or upload them on imageshack

Then you just click the Image link when typing the post and paste the url to the image.
