Are Party \"freerolls\" transferable?

Yeah just wondering if I can sell my seats in the big guaranteed tourneys won on PP. I'm pretty sure the answer is no just want to make sure. If not, I really wish this was an option considering how lame the fields are in the PP qualifiers, specifically the $9+1's.
