Default Is this a mandatory calldown?

Ok, I get raised on the turn by a pre-flop 3-better. Do I automatically put him on two pair or a set (QQ seems reasonable set here) and therefore fold? Or is this a normal call down. He could be doing this with KK, AQ. I think it is a mandatory calldown with pot size and all, but just checking these holes I might have.
