Las Vegas Poker Rooms

I am going to be flying out to Vegas on a Saturday in December and staying at Mandalay Bay. I want to get as much feedback as I can into the best poker rooms to play small stakes and find out where the fish are. Also, any thoughts on Mandalay Bay's poker room? Do they offer any kind of comp for several hours of play?
