PF Cold call JTs ?

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. MP1 posts a blind of $2.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises</font>, MP1 (poster) calls, <font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB 3-bets</font>, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls.

I'd like to discuss my preflop fold despite of 3-bet. Is it OK or too tight?
I'm asking because JTs will flop 2 pair or better + flush/straight + theser draws about 24.7%. And odds against it are 3.05:1. And pot odds giving me 11$ on my 3 call that's 3.66:1. Is it enouph to make this call. So this is the questions. Comments?

The other side is that PF Raiser is some kind tight vpip 14/ pfr 3.
Poster loose pasive and BB is 24/12.
So is this info any change my decisions?
