Party AND Empire Accounts?

Hey, I have an account on Party and I'm interested in switching over to Empire because of the Rakeback I can get there. I was wondering if having account at Party and Empire is allowed. I would just be using the Empire account. How many people have an account at both sites and if so, have you had any problems. If I sign up for empire should I use a different address or Neteller account or anything? Thanks.
