Raising Ax 6-max

If first in, is it profitable to raise Ax suited in a 10-20 6 max game? Sometimes I only raise A9 and up from UTG first in, other times I'll raise Ax from UTG+1 and UTG+2, these losing plays?

How about 3-bettin from SB with KQ from the SB after a raise from cut-off or button from an averagely aggresive player? Seems profitable so far but not too many hands to base it on?
