Default The definition of \"guaranteed\"

Hi all.

If you saw an advertisment for a guaranteed tournament at a card room, one that said "$500 dollar buy-in, $50,000 guaranteed tournament", would you not assume that the card room will pony up the $50k whether or not 100 players come to play?

In other words, if the card room set a minimum amount of players required for the tourney at 100, should they take the word "Guaranteed" out of the ad?

Brad
