Default TT - playing overpairs multi-way OOP

First orbit, no reads, so assume your average Party 1/2 players.

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (9 max, 8 handed)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, CO calls, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, UTG calls.

Flop: (7.50 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, CO calls, UTG calls.

Turn: (5.25 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
UTG checks, Hero ...?

Looking for thought process in hands like this, where multiple overcards to our overpair hit and we've got callers but no aggression.

With position my default play is to fire again on the turn and hope for a free showdown, folding if bet into on the river. With one villain acting behind me, a free showdown is much less certain even if I bet the turn.

What's the plan here and for the river, assuming the action doesn't get too crazy?
