Absolute poker deposit bonus

I just deposited over $1000 to absolute poker, and expected to receive a $500 bonus because they offer a 50 percent deposit bonus up to $500 through neteller.

I only received a $250. Does this mean that this is the maximum bonus? Has anyone here received the full $500?
