When is "double FPP" time at Stars?

In a recent post about the Pokerstars crash someone mentioned that it happened right at "double FPP" time. I searched the forum for info on when these double FPP times are but I couldn't find anything. I also checked the Pokerstars website but could not find any info.
Does anyone know when "double FPP" time is? I would really like to know because I have $300 in bonuses left to do at stars...
