Alright, I've been living in my apartment for about 6 months now. I pull into my carport stall yesterday after the gym and there is a MILF standing out with her kids. I had never seen her before, or remember her being so hot, but she lives right next door. I say hi and go inside. Later on that night, me and a couple buddies are having a few drinks on the patio when she pulls up. She's in this cute black dress. Looks like she has just got done with a date. She starts taking her kids (5 and 3 years old, I was talking to them earlier) inside. I say hi again and ask if the music is too loud. She says no. She then walks over and introduces herself to me and I do the same. She is smoking hot. Very high on a scale of 1-10 for a MILF, I'd say 8.5 to 9. I want to hit it, or at least give it a good try. The one problem is that I don't see her much standing outside of her apartment. If I did, I think I could handle this on my own, but she doesn't.
