Default 99 horror

I'm pretty sure that this is a direct application of Ed Miller's advice never to fold for one more bet in a big pot.

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (9 max, 8 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 2 folds, Hero raises, CO calls, Button calls, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: (12 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, CO calls, Button calls, SB folds, BB calls, UTG calls.

Turn: (8.50 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, CO calls, Button calls, BB folds, UTG calls.

The most beautiful 9 I've ever seen.... followed by the scariest 2 i've ever seen.

River: (12.50 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets, CO raises, Button folds, UTG folds, Hero .....

Do I have to pay off this raise? The guy who made it is a total and complete donk. He calls with any two preflop regardless of who raises or where the raise comes from. I got the grossest feeling here. Do you call for one more bet?
