Blind Structure for 100 players

Any replies to this would be highly appreciated

A tournament with exactly 100 players. Blind structure without Ante's, the tournament should last no longer than 6 hours.

We could start with 3,000 OR 5,000 chips.

What would be the best structure?

Any help would be fantastic!
