An Easy Way to Do Std. Dev.

In a spread sheet, if I use the @STD function against a column of number that are my win/loss figures for each session... is the result the same std. dev. Mason writes about in the essay section... without all the hand calculations?

Lame question to be sure, but had to ask. My "Stats with Calc" class was over a decade ago these days!
