Default How should I play top two?

Not much of a read on villian, except from what I've seen villian is fairly loose (50% VP$IP but with only 30 hands).

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (10 handed) converter

Villian ($166.85)
Hero ($290.45)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls $2, Villian calls $2, MP1 calls $2, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $8</font>, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, UTG+1 folds, Villian calls $6, MP1 folds.

Flop: ($23) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Villian bets $20</font>, Hero calls $20.

Turn: ($63) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Villian bets $138.85 (All-In), Hero ...

Comments on all streets are welcome, but mainly i'm interested to see who calls his all-in.
