Default one steps bubble hand

Since I was watching one step2 game for fun, the final hand is quite interesting. I wonder if anyone make mistakes. Here it goes. 4 into freeroll of step 3 as usual.

Chips stacks
UTG 3500
CO 2000
Button 4500
sb 1200
bb 4800
blinds 200/400

UTG pushes with AQ and called by CO 88.

My first guess is at least one, if not two make mistake here. What do you think?
