Where to go after Party 10/20?
First of all, I'm pretty surpised at how many weak players there are at party 10/20. Maybe thats because of the WSOP going on right now. As I write this I realize the I probably just jinxed myself.
So, Im wondering what do players typically do when they are ready to move on? Go to Party 15-20 Full? I really like shorthanded and don't want to leave Party, it seems like pokerstars is tougher and the rake is worse, especially since there is no rakeback, I think. Also, whenever I have watched 10 handed games that happen to be short I notice that the players are extremely aggressive, much more so than regular 6 handed, my theory is that its full of good players practicing good table selection hoping to prey on regular 10 handed players. Any thoughts? Thanks |

Re: Where to go after Party 10/20?
If you are a consistent winner, why leave? I'd go to 15/30 and build my roll and then go to 20/40 and then to 30.....

Re: Where to go after Party 10/20?
It's just that there are no short handed games at 15-30, 20/40 and 30/60, or so few I assume that it is full of specialists.
I guess Pokerstars it is? |

I think most 300/600 games are short-handed.

Re: Where to go after Party 10/20?
hello, I travelled a similar path that you're probably seeking. first off I would find 10-person 10/20 tables that are short and play those (typically finding 3-5 handed). if you're confident in those, then seek out the same thing at 15/30..., and then take your shot at 20/40 or 30/60 when ready..
