1) If you're asking what to do preflop:

Levels 1-4, fold
Levels 5+ push.

2) If you're asking what to do postflop:

You should have looked at step 1)

ha, when i was on earlier tonight you were answering every post then I went out and just got home from the bars and I noticed you were still answering every post. This seems like a reasonable result of that. And amazingly its probably pretty close to right.
